Perivale, Ealing • Est. 2008
Art studios and warehouse units in a converted industrial building in West London. Home to over 30 artists, makers, and creatives since 2008. Five minutes from the Central Line.
Stewkley House is a 23,000 sq ft converted industrial building on Wadsworth Road, Perivale — a short walk from the iconic Hoover Building and five minutes from Perivale tube station on the Central Line. Since 2008, it has been the creative home of painters, printmakers, sculptors, photographers, milliners, digital artists, and makers of all disciplines.
Today over 30 artists and creatives work here across art studios, warehouse units, and offices ranging from 200 sq ft upwards. The building offers generous ceiling heights, free high-speed WiFi, multiple goods access points, and 24/7 entry — the kind of practical working space that's increasingly rare in London, at prices that keep creativity accessible.
Managed by Daxton Properties, the spaces operate on flexible licence agreements with a focus on supporting a diverse and collaborative creative community. Artists here exhibit widely — from the annual Borough of Ealing Art Trail to galleries across London and internationally.
